

Assistant Principal
Ray A. Griffin, Spring Shadows Assistant Principal, brings twenty-five years of teaching and administrative school experience to Spring Branch ISD.
Mr. Griffin began his teaching career in the state of Arkansas, where he taught third to fifth grade Title 1 mathematics. After completing his Master’s degree, he relocated to Houston, Texas to begin his teaching and administrative career.
His Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees are from Arkansas State University, Jonesboro, Arkansas. Additional graduate work was completed at Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas.
Mr. Griffin is very proud to be a part of the Spring Shadows Elementary family and he looks forward to working with the faculty and staff, students, and the community. His vision for Spring Shadows is for all students to feel safe once arriving on this campus and for each child to give school their best effort.
